Thinking of returning your Hubitat Elevation?
Returns are possible within 30 days of purchase in new condition and original package with all parts.
Returns are not accepted if the MAC address sticker on bottom of hub is removed or damaged. Customer pays for the return shipping. The refund will be for the amount of the purchase not including shipping charges. A restocking fee will apply if the return is not in new condition, in the original package and with all parts.
If the hub was purchased from one of Hubitat resellers, please contact them directly to initiate the return according to their return policy.
For hubs purchased directly from hubitat.com store, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an authorization number.
