A claim can only be made if the hub was purchased within the past 90 days from hubitat.com or on amazon.com.

The MAC address can be found on the bottom of the Hubitat Elevation hub. Use only the alpha-numeric characters as they appear on the hub. Note that the field is case sensitive.
